Transparency is key when it comes to building a business in an emerging industry. We lead by example, eager to share our knowledge and our network to help new businesses achieve success in cannabis and beyond. This openness gives us an unparalleled ability to spark powerful connections among clients as they forge new paths in different parts of our industry.
Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is not only crucial to our health and relationships, but it also improves our productivity, and ultimately performance. Put simply, if your people don’t view work as a chore, then they will work harder, make fewer mistakes and are more likely to become advocates for your brand.
We are activists in the cannabis world, passionate about bringing legitimacy and respect to the plant and the people who love it. We consider ourselves ambassadors of weed, guiding it into the mainstream market in a way that informs and inspires.
The cannabis industry is experiencing unprecedented interest and investment. The possibilities seem limitless – and they are, for those with the confidence to distill the overwhelming number of options into a streamlined, long-term strategy. We continually push ourselves and our clients to think critically, using our experience to help them identify the purest expression of their competitive advantage.
Just as there is no one-size-fits-all approach to using cannabis, we believe this is also true of launching a new brand or business. Our work starts with getting to know our clients, and continues collaboratively as we build brands that are authentic, inspiring, and one-of-a-kind. We bring our clients along in our process as we refine their product lines, ensuring that every aspect is a reflection of the brand’s core mission and values.
As the world’s longest-running cannabis agency, we are driven by our dedication. We stop at nothing to uncover elegant, strategic solutions for our clients. We go beyond brand design in even the most simple aspects of our work, providing tailored guidance and industry expertise to ensure that our brands launch successfully, on-time, and with the right consumer target.
We believe that accountability separates the wishers in life from the action-takers that care enough about their future to account for their daily actions. We recognize that accountability breeds responsibility and will ultimately lead to happier clients and better work.
